Wie oft hört man davon, dass die Araber ununterbrochen Hass gegen Israel fördern würden?
Im Umkehrschluss müsste man annehmen, dass in Israel nichts davon stattfindet.
Weit gefehlt, wie Zvi Bar’el in der Haaretz schreibt:
Israeli “literature” promoting hate of Arabs predates the occupation.
The children’s book series “Danidin” by Shraga Gafni is full of expressions and illustrations that laid excellent infrastructure for Arab-hatred.
The “Mikraot Yisrael” (Israeli Readers ) series, which helped educate hundreds of thousands of Israeli children, is striking in terms of the “incitement” concealed within it.
Der Autor kommt zu dem Schluss, dass Araberhass in israel weit mehr ist als nur die Art von Fremdenfeindlichkeit, die man in Europa antrifft. Araberhass ist seiner Meinung nach eine Art Lackmustest für israelischen Patriotismus:
Hatred of Arabs is part of the test of loyalty and identity that the state gives its Jewish citizens.
A good Jew hates Arabs.
A loyal Israeli will leave an Arab to die, because “he’s an Arab.”
And someone who isn’t like that, as we know, “sleeps with Arabs.”
Lynchversuch: Araber sind Hurensöhne
Vorletzte Woche kam es in Jerusalem zu einem Lynchversuch an arabischen Jugendlichen. Eine Mitarbeiterin einer Hilfsorganisation war Augenzeugin und berichtete:
Today I saw a lynch with my very own eyes, at Zion Square in the center of Jerusalem.
We arrived […] at Zion Square and [we heard] screams:
“A Jew is a (good) soul; an Arab is a son-of-a…”.
[We saw] dozens of teens running and gathering around, starting to deliver deadly blows to three Arab teens who were peacefully walking by.
Einer der jugendlichen Täter gab an (oder schob vor?), seine Mutter sei beleidigt worden.
Totschlag schien er für die angemessene Antwort zu halten, und bereut offenbar nichts:
I hit him and I hope he gets it again. I hope he dies.
Wahrscheinlich hat der Jugendliche früher fleissig Mikraot Yisrael gelesen.
