What’s to stop us from loading 2 dozen B-52’s full of water bladders and
‘cluster bombing’ every square inch of that country? We seem to be pretty good
at dropping bombs. Would dropping water and rations be any different? What else
would help these people as quickly? I see no reason why we could not convert our
modern ‘weapon delivery systems’ into modern ‘aid delivery systems’ overnight.
