Hillary Clinton has summoned top donors and backers to attend her New York speech tomorrow night in an unusual move that is being widely interpreted to mean she plans to soon suspend her campaign and endorse Barack Obama – not tomorrow night but within a day or two.
Formal soll es in New York nur um die weitere Strategie und Finanzierungsfragen gehen, und dennoch scheint etwas in der Luft zu liegen:

She planned to rally with husband and former President Clinton and their daughter Chelsea in South Dakota Monday night—a reunion usually reserved for election nights.
Gegen eine Ausstiegserklärung spricht allerdings der Umstand, dass sie sich mit dem AIPAC treffen wird. Man kann eher davon ausgehen, dass sie sich von dieser Seite weitere Unterstützung erhofft.
Marc Ambinder vom ATLANTIC verneint Spekulationen auf eine Erklärung Hillarys zum Austritt:
